The Team
Leads RMFC’s coaching standards and long-term direction, bringing 10+ years of experience across high school and youth travel. A San Diego native with a strong playing background (Crusaders SC, Nomads SC, Point Loma Nazarene University), Joshua is known for positive reinforcement paired with high standards, honest feedback, technical mastery, creativity on the ball, and long-term player development.
Drives RMFC partnerships and growth, with a development-first approach shaped by Cameroonian style and USSF BSK methodologies. Founder of Odenton Soccer Academy and a USSF-licensed 9v9 & 11v11 coach (PCA cleared), Jean-Jacques believes players must first fall in love with the game—building joy, motivation, discipline, and respect for structure that carries beyond the pitch.
Oversees player development and coaching quality with a global perspective shaped by a military family—living, playing, and studying the game across cultures. Jamal has led high-performing youth teams and recently served as Travel Soccer Director at Harundale Elite. His philosophy centers on motor development, detailed observation, purposeful habit change, and the joy, discipline, and pride that come from competing together.
Leads the business and financial strategy behind RMFC’s growth. A local athlete with deep community roots, Aaron played for Harundale Elite and now serves as HYSL Soccer Commissioner. With years of travel-coaching experience and a background competing at a high level (including at the University of Maryland club program), he’s passionate about building creative development opportunities and using Positive Coaching Alliance principles to grow performance, character, and community.
