A Structured Recruiting Support System
The RMFC College Pathway Program is designed to help players understand the recruiting process, present themselves effectively to college coaches, and identify programs that align with their athletic and academic goals.
Our partner organization, College Commited, works directly with players and families to provide personalized recruiting guidance and support.
College Commited’s experienced team of former NCAA Division I athletes provides guidance throughout the recruiting journey.
Advice includes recruiting timelines, communication strategies, evaluation of opportunities, and understanding different levels of collegiate soccer.
Each athlete receives assistance creating a professional recruiting profile that helps coaches understand athletic background, academic information, playing position, strengths, and development potential.
Video plays a critical role in the recruiting process.
College Commit works with players to review game footage, identify key moments, and help shape highlight videos that effectively showcase a player’s strengths. Players may also receive guidance on filming and editing their footage.
College Commit helps athletes leverage social media as part of their recruiting strategy.
Players receive guidance on how to present themselves professionally online while sharing highlights and updates that can attract attention from college programs.
Every player’s recruiting journey is unique.

Athletes also receive access to tailored strength and conditioning programming designed to support athletic development and prepare players for the demands of collegiate soccer.
Access & Fit
The College Pathway Program is designed for players who are interested in exploring collegiate soccer opportunities and want structured support through the recruiting process.

Speed, agility, and coordination are critical components of player development.
At Real Maryland Football Collective, we believe that developing the complete athlete is just as important as developing technical soccer ability.
Our Athlete Speed & Agility Training program helps players build the movement skills, strength, and athletic confidence needed to perform at higher levels of the game.
Why It Matters
Soccer is a game of movement. Acceleration, change of direction, balance, and body control all influence how players perform on the field.
Athletes who develop strong movement mechanics often gain advantages in first-step acceleration, quick changes of direction, balance and body control, injury prevention, and overall athletic confidence.
This program helps players build the movement foundation that supports long-term athletic development.
RMFC partners with Adapt Fitness Studio to provide a structured speed and agility development program for our athletes.
Players train using a guided training system that combines in-person evaluation with app-based coaching and feedback.
Each athlete begins with an in-person intake session with the Adapt Fitness coaching staff.
During this session, athletes learn proper movement mechanics, receive baseline performance assessments, and are introduced to their personalized training program.
After the initial session, athletes continue their training through the Adapt Fitness training app.
The app allows players to follow structured training plans, complete weekly movement and strength exercises, film themselves performing exercises, and receive feedback from Adapt Fitness coaches on technique and progress.
The training platform includes a leaderboard feature that allows athletes to track progress and compete with other players in the program.
This friendly competition encourages players to stay engaged, challenge themselves, and remain consistent with their training.
Speed and agility development aligns directly with the RMFC philosophy of building complete athletes.
Within our Player Development Framework, athletic movement development is a key pillar that supports coordination, agility, balance, injury prevention, and long-term athletic performance.
Age Groups: U9 – U18
Monthly Membership: $40 per month

These sessions help connect athletic training with on-field performance.
Athletes interested in joining the Speed & Agility Training program can register through the RMFC program portal.
Once registered, players will receive instructions for scheduling their intake session and accessing the training app.

Real Maryland Football Collective works alongside clubs, leagues, and community organizations to strengthen player development environments.
Our goal is not to replace local clubs, but to support them with coaching leadership, curriculum, and development systems that help players and coaches succeed.
Through collaboration with partner organizations, RMFC helps create structured environments where players can learn, improve, and enjoy the game.
Why Club Development Matters
Many community soccer organizations are powered by passionate volunteers and dedicated families. However, maintaining consistent player development structures, coach education, and training standards can be challenging.
Clubs often face questions such as:
• How do we provide consistent training across teams?
• How do we support volunteer coaches?
• How do we improve player development without losing our community identity?
RMFC helps organizations answer these questions by providing development leadership and structured support.
Structured training frameworks that guide players through appropriate development stages.
Programs include age-specific training objectives, session plans for coaches, and player development benchmarks.
RMFC supports coaches through coaching clinics, seasonal coach workshops, session planning support, and mentorship opportunities.
These resources help both volunteer and experienced coaches create better training experiences.
RMFC coaches may assist partner clubs by helping lead or support training environments, including academy-style nights and player development programs.
RMFC can support organizations in developing development academies, supplemental training programs, player identification events, and seasonal camps and clinics.
The RMFC model is built on partnership. Community clubs remain the home environment for players and families, while RMFC helps strengthen the development structure surrounding those players. This allows clubs to maintain their culture and identity while benefiting from additional development resources.
RMFC currently collaborates with organizations including:
• Davidsonville Football Club
• Harundale Youth Sports
Through these partnerships, we are building connected development environments that support players across multiple communities.
RMFC is always open to conversations with clubs and leagues interested in strengthening their development environments.
Possible areas of collaboration may include:
• coach education programs

• academy-style training environments
• program design support
• tournament and competitive opportunities
Our approach is flexible and designed to support the specific needs of each organization.
Strong clubs create strong soccer communities. By working together and sharing knowledge, we believe clubs can create better environments for players without sacrificing the values that make community soccer special.
